DERECO in new office premises in Cologne on the Gustav-Heinemann-Ufer 56
as from 1 September 2010.

Due to the need for more space, which could not be fulfilled at the last location, DERECO
Real Estate has moved into new premises. With the expansion of the business conducted
so far, an increase in company staff was in-evitable. In future, the consulting company,
previously focused on the Global Investment Consulting sector, will also be concerned with
marketing apartment and investment buildings in the regions of Cologne, Bonn and Düsseldorf. In future, working from these new premises, DERECO will also focus on the Fund Services sector. Here DERECO will be bringing in and expanding its present activities
in the field of closed investment funds.
