As the BREEZE LIVING development on Phoenix See lake in Dortmund was handed over, the REVITALIS REAL ESTATE AG project developers and the DERECO multi-family office celebrated the successful completion of yet another project.

On an 8,400-sqm plot, a joint venture of REVITALIS REAL ESTATE AG and DERECO has developed 92 high-quality flats with 8,100 sqm of floor space and an underground car park with 112 parking bays on the basis of a draft by Cologne architects schultearchitekten. The project features ample terraces and balconies and a sophisticated outdoor area meeting high requirements to modern, comfortable housing. Eleven three-storey lakeside villas are being built around a Mediterranean-style patio – an exclusive setting to live in.

Located on the north-eastern banks of the lake, the development was sold to Aberdeen Asset Management Deutschland AG as a forward deal in mid-2016. It’s allocated to a special fund for residential properties held by Aberdeen Asset Management, which is a globally operating company.

All flats in the BREEZE LIVING project are now ready for tenants to move in. They will be let by the Dortmund branch of Hildebrandt Immobilien GmbH real estate agents of Stuttgart. The show flat is located at Kohlensiepenstraße 36 in 44269 Dortmund. It’s open for viewing between 5pm and 7pm on Wednesdays and between 2pm and 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. In addition, you may agree individual visits outside these hours.
