Only five months after the ground-breaking ceremony of the BREEZE LIVING development – attended also by the Lord Mayor of Dortmund, Ullrich Sierau – the show flat is opened on Friday, March 23, at 3pm.

On an 8,400-sqm plot on Phoenix See lake in Dortmund, a joint venture of REVITALIS REAL ESTATE AG and DERECO is developing 92 high-quality flats with 8,100 sqm of floor space and an underground car park with 112 parking bays. The development was sold to Aberdeen Asset Management Deutschland AG as a forward deal. On the basis of a draft by Cologne architects schultearchitekten, eleven three-storey lakeside villas are being built around a Mediterranean-style patio – an exclusive setting to live in.

The four rooms inside the show flat (124 sqm of lettable space) were furnished by the interior designer Birgit Brauer-Ziem. Alexander Kuhlendahl, Head of Asset Management at REVITALIS REAL ESTATE AG, is pleased works are progressing according to plan: “In developing our BREEZE LIVING project, we’ve paid particular attention to creating a visual axis facing the lake. The eleven villas meet high requirements to modern, comfortable living. Their layouts are generous, the flats are filled with daylight and every single one features a private terrace or balcony.”

The Dortmund branch of the Frankfurt-based Hildebrandt Immobilien real estate agents is letting the apartments. “We have received numerous reservations on behalf of prospective tenants,” says Thomas Rheinhard, Branch Office Manager of Hildebrandt Immobilien GmbH in Frankfurt. “There’s a selection of flats ranging between two and four rooms and 50 to 127 sqm. They are smartly planned and suited for single tenants, couples and families, respectively. From now on, everyone who’s interested can gain a first-hand impression of the lakeside villas’ flair by visiting the show flat.”

The show flat is located at An den Emscherauen 104 in 44253 Dortmund. It’s open for visits on Wednesdays (5pm to 7pm), Saturdays and Sundays (2pm to 4 pm). In addition, you can book individual visits outside these hours. The flats will be ready for tenancy by October 2018.
