As part of a corporate reorganization and expansion of the business areas, DEGEN Unternehmensberatung für die Immobilienwirtschaft Köln will trade as DERECO - Degen Real Estate Consulting in future. Conversion to a public limited company is planned as of the 01st January 2010.

In addition to the traditional consulting service provided for private and institutional investors, sellers and owners in the area of real estate investments, greater emphasis will be placed on the initiation of closed-end property funds and other investments for private and institutional customers in future. In this respect, the main focus will be on investors from the Benelux countries. Only investments in the German investment market were planned up to now.
