Besides increasing its personnel and office area this year, DERECO from Cologne
will be expanding its business activities to include the sector of regional marketing for
apartment buildings and investment properties in the Cologne, Bonn and Düsseldorf region. Properties in the residential and commercial sector with a volume between five hundred thousand euros and approx three million euros will then be acquired and marketed by a separate subsidiary.This sector has become necessary because of the steadily increasing client base in this region that is already being advised by DERECO in other investment matters. Larger and supra-regional investment transactions will still be supported and marketed directly by DERECO Consulting as a core business with a reinforced team.

In future, an additional business sector will be the sector for the evaluation and supply of individual market information. In this connection, DERECO offers various market participants surveys that fulfill the national and international evaluation standards on the basis of the specific quality stipulations as laid down in DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.

Under the business sector of funds, the initiation and conception of investment opportunities and closed-end funds in the private placement sector will be expanded further for individual customers and, in future, will also include fund administration and asset management by DERECO. Furthermore, the exclusive consultation of fund initiators in the sector of property acquisition, due diligence processes and the procurement of external financing will continue to be extended.
