DERECO Cologne is expanding its team in the investment area. Marc Ludwig (35 years old)
will support the existing investment team in property-acquisitions and also in disposal processes.

Mr. Ludwig (diploma-degree in business administration) worked at Jones Lang LaSalle GmbH in Frankfurt as a trainee and a consultant. After several years as a transaction consultant for Dr. Putsch Invest GmbH in Wiesbaden, Mr. Ludwig is joining the DERECO team after finishing his MBA studies as a Senior Investment Manager.

The investment team will continue to focus on the traditional usage types of residential, office and retail and further expand the special areas of hotels, logistics and special residential forms.Properties throughout Germany from approx. EUR 10 million are the main area of focus for its own private placement fund and also for the exclusive third party mandates.

With the emphasis on consulting mandates for private investors, family offices and foundations, DERECO has already accomplished investment-transactions for more than EUR 1 billion within the last 10 years by initiating different funds in the form of private placements / club deals.

The expansion of asset management, which is individually tailored to the private or semi-
professional clientele at DERECO, is currently planned. This new business unit will also
be responsible for Private Equity Joint Ventures.
