DERECO Cologne advises private investor in the purchase of high street property in Frankfurt a.M.

As part of their comprehensive services to primarily wealthy families and semi-institutional
investors, DERECO Cologne has supported a private investor in an advisory capacity regarding the acquisition of the city residential investment „Neue Kräme 2/Braubachstraße 36“ in the course of setting up a private placement. The listed high street property which, due to its excellent corner location and the wonderfully restored façade, is a “trophy building” with scarcity value, offers a total of approx. 1,400 m² rental space on a plot of 330 m². The emphasis for rental income is on retail and gastronomy units (Starbucks Coffee, etc. – more than 75 percent). The remaining area is spread among utilization as an office and four apartments. The total investment volume is quoted as being approx. 11 million euros. The seller, a private investor consortium, was advised by the Frankfurt a.M. office of Jones Lang LaSalle. The buyer is being advised by DERECO Cologne with regard to the expansion of his private placement. At present, further acquisitions are being looked into that are planned for realization before the end of this year.
